Terrific speakers for my 2x10 cab. Use with my 68 JMP 50.
The Eminence Legend 10516 (16-ohm version of the Legend 1058) is a good-quality replacement speaker for Fender-style applications. The large diameter, shallow thickness ceramic magnet makes it easy to fit in a shallower cab, in applications where a domed Jensen or heavy Celestion might not fit. I've chosen the 10516 as the stock speaker in my 2X10 boutique cabs, to keep the price down while drawing on the solid reputation of the Eminence brand. Wiring a pair of them parallel gives you 8-ohms, a good option to fit most amp heads in a basic cab. As always, NextGen delivers quickly and provides great service.
