Returns & Warranty Claims

Return Policy

Most of our products may be returned within 30 days of your original purchase.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  Orders that received discounts (bulk discounts, free/discounted shipping, etc) will have those discounts removed/re-calculated appropriately with the balance deducted from the return value.  Customer is also responsible for return shipping fees.  Returned products must be in original condition and include a copy of the original invoice, all original packaging, manuals, and warranty cards.  Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the products.  Refunds are processed using the original payment method (refund to credit card or PayPal.)  The length of time it takes for you to receive the funds depends on your financial institution.

  • Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.  No exceptions.
  • Returns are subject to a restocking fee.  Some returns may be refused and returned to the customer (at the customer's expense) if the product is not returned in an appropriate condition.
  • No returns accepted on custom-made products, speakers, piping, tolex, cable/wire, grill cloth, special orders, clearance items, other materials cut from rolls.  No exceptions.
  • Returns for small components like capacitors, diodes, ICs, transistors, and resistors are not generally accepted, especially if the products have been tested or used in a circuit.

To initiate a return, contact us with your request and order details.  If your order qualifies, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions.  All returns MUST accompany a valid RMA number.

Warranty - Celestion & Eminence Speakers

Celestion and Eminence speakers are covered by their manufacturers' warranty.  Please note, the warranty process can take several weeks.  You have to send the speaker back to us, which we then send back to the Canadian distributor for Celestion & Eminence.  They will inspect the speaker to determine if it qualifies for a warranty replacement.  If it does, they will either repair or replace it.  It'll get shipped back to us and we'll ship it back to you.  If it doesn't qualify for warranty replacement, they'll ship it back to us and we'll ship it back to you at your expense.  In either case, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.

Warranty -  WGS Warehouse Guitar Speakers

All WGS speakers are warrantied against manufacturing defects for 3 years from the date of sale.  To initiate a warranty claim, contact us with your request and order details.  If your order qualifies, you will receive a WRA number and return instructions.  All warranty claims MUST accompany a valid WRA number.

Warranty Info - Next Gen Cables & Wiring Harnesses

GUARANTEED FOR LIFE!  All Next Gen cables and wiring harnesses are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for life. If the cable should ever fail, simply return it for repair or replacement (shipped at customer's expense if more than 1 year after initial purchase). Next Gen Musical Ltd., its owner, employees or other representatives shall not be liable for damages based upon inconvenience, loss of use of the cable, loss of time, interrupted operation or commercial loss or any other incidental or consequential damages.

Warranty -  General

Other than speakers, every product we ship from our warehouse is backed by Next Gen's 1-year *defect-free guarantee!  If you receive parts shipped from our warehouse that have a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to replace them free of charge.  If we can't replace the product, we will provide a store credit for the value of the purchase price.  All warranty claims will be inspected thoroughly to determine if a manufacturer defect is present.  If it is determined that there is no defect, the product will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

*Please note: Our defect-free guarantee DOES NOT apply to clearance items, b-stock, or reverb tanks (warranty on reverb tanks is 90-days, per the manufacturer).
