IMPORTANT: Shipping Delays

You should expect delays of 1-2 business days for any orders or inquiries placed.  That includes orders for curbside pickup.  Know that we are doing everything we can to process orders and respond to inquiries as fast as possible, but there are many circumstances beyond our control.

We respond to every inquiry!  If you don't receive a response from us within the quoted time frame, it is most likely because we couldn't reply due to a spelling mistake in your email or phone number.  Please try contacting us again.

You'll get the fastest possible response we can offer by using the proper forms above.  If you prefer to call us, you can do so at (613)225-9292.  But, chances are we won't be able to pick up because we are busy serving other customers.  Please leave a message with your name and phone number, and we will return your call within one business day.  We respond to every inquiry!

If we do not return your call, it is because you either didn't leave a call back number, or we didn't understand your message.  That happens a lot, since most people seem to call from their cell phones, often while driving, so the messages we receive are often incoherent//garbled.  We want to help you!  Frankly, using the forms above is the best way, and we're more likely to respond sooner.
