SAME DAY SHIPPING
*Most orders for in-stock items placed before 10am EST will ship the **same business day. All orders for in-stock items are guaranteed to ship within **one business day. Orders requiring custom cuts or manufacturing are marked on each individual product page. Tracking information is provided with your shipping confirmation e-mail.

**Orders shipping via UPS will be delayed by at least 1 business day.
Drop Ships, Special Orders, & Pre-Orders
If your purchase contains a drop shipped product, your entire order will be held until we receive confirmation of the drop ship. If your purchase contains a special order or pre-ordered item, your entire order will be held until it can ship complete.
For security reasons, drop shipped deliveries require a signature upon receipt, no exceptions (even if requested). Large speaker orders are shipped via Purolator regardless of which option is selected at checkout.
Local Pickup (Nepean, ON)
Please Note: We do not have a showroom and our warehouse is not open to the public.
You must place your order in advance either through our online checkout system or over the phone. Local pickups for existing orders are available by appointment only, during our regular business hours. Turnover time is the same as listed above for orders to be shipped. Orders containing drops ships, special orders, and pre-orders will not be available for pickup until all products are available.
You will be notified when your order is "Ready For Pickup." Contact us to make an appointment to pick it up after you receive that email. Please bring a copy of your receipt or proof of ID (matching that on your order) when you pick up your order. You will be required to sign for your package.
If you do not have an Ottawa address, the option will not show up. In that case, just use our address as the shipping address on your order and you will be able to select the pickup option at checkout. However, you still need to enter your correct billing address, or your credit card will be rejected.

We are happy to ship orders to customers outside of Canada, but our current platform is incapable of properly calculating international shipping fees. You'll need to contact us to process your order manually.
