The foot switch was delivered on time and works well. Unfortunately, this tiny light weight part was shipped in a significantly over-sized cardboard box that cost me almost $15 in shipping costs for a less than $3 part. This switch could have easily and safely been sent in a small bubble envelope that would have cost much less to ship. I hope NGM reconsiders its shipping practices to save their customers significant dollars in shipping costs. NG Response: "As per our shipping policy, all orders ship via Canada Post parcel services with tracking and insurance. Unfortunately, there is no cheaper option available to us in Canada, and the box size we use costs the same to ship as a bubble envelope. We do offer free shipping on orders over $149. For orders under that, it is always best to make more diverse orders to get the best value out of the shipping cost."
