Gotoh's SD91 tuners are a fanstic replacement or upgrade for your vintage style tuners. Requires vintage sized 11/32" (8.75mm) holes. Or, use conversion bushings (sold separately) to mount them into modern 10mm holes.
Package includes all necessary mounting hardware.

Orientation Guide:
Bass Side = Left side of the headstock = For a standard right-handed (or left-handed reverse) headstock
Treble side = Right side of the headstock = For a standard left-handed (or right-handed reverse) headstock

Best vintage tuner replacement available
I modify Telecasters, and prefer the look of vintage tuners. I have purchased many different sets from affordable to expensive, and this Gotoh set, by far, is the superior choice -- much better than the Fender product currently on offer. These do require a specialized bushing for 10mm holes you can get from Nextgen because the posts on these tuners are a bit thicker than standard, but the bushings sold on this site are much higher quality than the coated plastic disasters from Amazon. Functionally, these tuners are smooth and true as one would always expect from Gotoh. The set screws are properly hardened and don't crumble like the Fender and Musiclily ones do. These are a great purchase for a Stratocaster or Telecaster. The smooth operation and beautifully finished buttons make these my go-to modification or replacement tuners.

Gotoh Vintage nickel tuners
I use these on Fender style guitar builds and restoration. They work well, are the right finish (nickel not chrome) and accurately replicate 60's style machine heads.
