Similar to "Modern Fender® Blackface" style, but with an aged yellow/brown tint to the main threads.
Don't let the price fool you! You can certainly spend up to 2X the price on "brand name" versions of this stuff if you're into that, but these are made by the same manufacturer to the same specs as the "brand name" versions. The only difference here is that you're not paying for a brand name to be attached.

Aged Fender Grill Cloth
Aged grill cloth similar but noticeably different in color and pattern size as original grill cloth I have on Fender mid 1960's blackface amplifiers. I had to dye the cloth to get it close to original color. Good service from Next Gen though.
