You can certainly spend up to 2X the price on "brand name" versions of this stuff if you're into that, but these are made by the same manufacturer to the same specs as the "brand name" versions. The only difference here is that you're not paying for a brand name to be attached.

Fender Grill Cloth
This is an exact replacement. It looks great. My amp is new again. Canada Post lost my original order and Next Gen customer service was excellent.

GRILL CLOTH - FENDER STYLE MODERN BLACKFACE
Replace the baffle on my Fender Blackface and covered it with this product. Virtually identical to the original. Easy to work with. Very pleased with the result.

Mellotone Blackface grill cloth
Product looks great when all is said and done. It has plastic threads. I used a heat gun on low to help make an even fold around the baffle. Doesn't need a lot of tension. Also used an OLFA circular cutter - doesn't pull at the threads. Scissors would probably work, too
