Product Description
MADE IN ENGLAND
With a 90-watt power Rated, the Celestion Cream is purpose-built for vintage tones, whatever kind of amp you use. By applying new technologies and manufacturing methods developed during the creation of our Creamback speakers, we’ve been able to deliver a higher power Rated while preserving the very essence of an alnico guitar speaker.
Delivering a glorious, laid-back attack, the Cream exudes warm lows and a brilliant bell-like chime. It has smooth and organic mids, further characterised by a fine-grained detail that adds a high-definition quality to the vocal range.
The Cream has been specially created to bring alnico class to all kinds of amps from 1-watt to 90-watts. It conveys a satisfying warmth, detailed expressiveness and exceptional musicality, even at low power levels.

Fantastic for everything!
I bought this for a Mesa Electradyne to replace the stock Black Shadow. The Cream is definitely a more vintage-sounding speaker, but not old-fashioned in any sense. It sounded great right out of the box, but relaxed quite quickly in only a few hours playing. I've only put 30 hours on the Cream, but it's everything I want a speaker to be - articulate, rich, responsive, balanced, and harmonically complex. I've also been running a Fryette Memphis through this Cream and they're an outstanding match. The Memphis is a harmonic machine, and the Cream brings out this nature with aplomb. The bass is tight (but not djent tight), the mids are rich, and the treble clear yet smooth. I have no sense that I'm listening to a speaker while playing through the Cream - it's just me, my amp, and guitar. I think that's the highest compliment anyone can give a speaker. Highly recommended.
