Product Description
MADE IN ENGLAND
With a 90-watt power Rated, the Celestion Cream is purpose-built for vintage tones, whatever kind of amp you use. By applying new technologies and manufacturing methods developed during the creation of our Creamback speakers, we’ve been able to deliver a higher power Rated while preserving the very essence of an alnico guitar speaker.
Delivering a glorious, laid-back attack, the Cream exudes warm lows and a brilliant bell-like chime. It has smooth and organic mids, further characterised by a fine-grained detail that adds a high-definition quality to the vocal range.
The Cream has been specially created to bring alnico class to all kinds of amps from 1-watt to 90-watts. It conveys a satisfying warmth, detailed expressiveness and exceptional musicality, even at low power levels.

Celestion Cream 90W
This is definitely one of the best speakers around. I have replaced the original speaker, Jensen with the Cream, Jensen is one of the good ceramic speakers and is well matched with Deluxe Reverb 65 for a good overall sound. However, when it comes to clarity, dynamic response and musicalty, the Cream is in a way higher category. I have tested it with a slight distortion or clean, and it is outstanding. I have not yet experimented with a high distortion because I never get to it, always just enjoying and exploring a clean sounds. It is possible that Jensen may be beter for distorted sounds as i know that it reproduced those sounds very well. Ceramic speakers, such as Greenback are good at that, but that question remains to be open. Once I do the test, I may update the review.. I enjoy using this speaker most of the time and rarely play with the other once. I have to say that I did a comparison with Warehouse G12A speaker too. That speaker has a special, fantastic character that I like a lot, but it is not as clean and dynamic as Cream. It a second to the Cream for a hair. I am satisfied with purchase.

Fantastic for everything!
I bought this for a Mesa Electradyne to replace the stock Black Shadow. The Cream is definitely a more vintage-sounding speaker, but not old-fashioned in any sense. It sounded great right out of the box, but relaxed quite quickly in only a few hours playing. I've only put 30 hours on the Cream, but it's everything I want a speaker to be - articulate, rich, responsive, balanced, and harmonically complex. I've also been running a Fryette Memphis through this Cream and they're an outstanding match. The Memphis is a harmonic machine, and the Cream brings out this nature with aplomb. The bass is tight (but not djent tight), the mids are rich, and the treble clear yet smooth. I have no sense that I'm listening to a speaker while playing through the Cream - it's just me, my amp, and guitar. I think that's the highest compliment anyone can give a speaker. Highly recommended.
