Bass Side = Left side of the headstock = For a standard right-handed (or left-handed reverse) headstock
Treble side = Right side of the headstock = For a standard left-handed (or right-handed reverse) headstock

Gotoh GB707-4 - Bass Tuners - 4-inline Chrome
These are great drop in replacements for Godin basses and other basses using similar tuner peg hole specs. The tuner posts are massive and very smooth giving great tuning adjustment. Gotoh always makes great hardware. Just add a treble side tuner to make for a five string as I had to do with mine, cheaper than buying five all separately.
