Gotoh Titanium In-Tune Saddles
These are great. The tone is clear but warm, and the metal unlike brass, is hard enough for Bigsby use. The compensation for better tuning is a big plus.

PERFECT For My Fender FSR Telecaster
I did quite a bit of research online about compensated saddles in general, but also comparisons and user feedback about the varying options offered by a few different manufacturers. It would seem that the top contenders are Callaham, Wilkinson and Gotoh. I chose Gotoh Titaniums from Nextgen because they ‘look’ traditional and vintage; they also prevent string slippage while providing MUCH better intonation. My Tele is loaded with Fender’s (subjectively) better Mexican ‘hotter’ standard pickups. I generally love their tone, but they are somewhat darker than typical tele PUs - which is fine by me! I don’t like some Teles on account of how twangy and ice-picky their bridge positions tend to be. My guitar’s original saddles were the typical Fender brass jobbies. These, combined with the ceramic pickups, did make the guitar sound a wee bit too warm at times. While I don’t like brittle, brash, ice-pick tones, I do like some snap and (controlled) twangy Tele growl. The Gotoh compensated Titanium saddles have turned my 2016 Fender FSR Telecaster from being a very good guitar into an absolutely GREAT guitar. These Gotoh saddles given my guitar a bit more bite, but it still sounds smooth and controlled. The tone is strong and even. My guitar not only has better tone now, but it also sustains better. The original brass saddles sounded a bit dull, but these Gotoh Titaniums make the guitar alive and more dynamic. The tuning stability and intonation are vastly improved. To my knowledge, Gotoh’s In-Tune compensated saddles are the only ones to provide factory cut string grooves - no more string sway or slippage when bending. You can restring faster and with more confidence - no need to take a second thought about whether or not the string is sitting on the saddle properly or not.
