Mallory axial capacitors rated for 630V. The Type 150 series axial lead metallized polyester non inductive capacitors are available in bulk or on tape and reel for automatic insertion. Type 150 is a general purpose capacitor for use in blocking, bypass, decoupling, smoothing and some timing applications.

Guitar amplifier
I had some major hum problems in an amplifier I was building. This capacitor helped resolve the hum, without a loss in tone. Highly recommended. This Mallory guy was a genius.

Mallory 150 Capacitors
I have tried the Orange drops (not my fav,) Mojo Dijons (good) and several other assorted caps in amp builds and repairs. The Mallory 150s are the best! I believe the (much overused) term is "transparent.": For coupling caps they just have a great clear " Fender-like" sound, to my ears. I would definitely recommend them.
