Mid-60s blackface style front panel for the AA1164 12W reverb amplifier. The AA1164 is a single channel, mid-power amp with tone controls, an all-tube vibrato effect, and a spring reverb effect. The layout and fonts used on this plate closely resemble those on the original version of this panel. Pairs with the P-HCH723 chassis and P-H723-R rear panel.
