Fits perfectly
Straight swap-out for the stock one on my ‘98 MIM Tele with no issues.

bass neck plate
dimensions were exactly as described. Paint job was sub-par but because it's not normally visible, I went over it with a black felt marker. You get what you pay for so I'm not upset by this. *NG Response: "Sounds like you received a defective unit. Contact customer service for a free replacement."
