High quality pots
The best pots you can get in my opinion. I did however get one faulty one, but went on with life. Its rare to get one bad one, but it happens. NG Response: "If you ever receive a bad pot, reach out to customer service for a free replacement. We're always happy to help!"

Pot received was tight tolerance and worked well. Rotation is smooth, requiring only light pressure.
