CAPACITOR - MYLAR FILM 100V
Have used them in singles and humbuckers. Work very well.

Good capacitor, great film.
This capacitor works well on my tone pot, but it ended up on my wife's tone pot because it couldn't resistor.

Mylar capacitor.
These work well and test at a good tolerance.

Excellent Value
So, I thought I would get off my snob horse, and try these in comparison to the orange drops. For passive guitar wiring, my ears can't tell the difference. Some say they won't last as long: I recently replaced the tone caps in a 45yr old SG. At equal value...the jury is still out. But, the orange drops look really cool and, If you're doing the odd wiring job, the few bucks difference shouldn't tip the balance, even if you're spending 8 times as much, for little to no sonic difference...? In the end, it's a free country.

greenie caps
perfect for restoration of many 70's - 80's Japanese devices - look and fit like original "greenies".

Good caps
Though there are "higher-end" options out there, for passive guitar and bass circuits, you don't need more than this. The tolerance of these mylar caps is high (around 10%) and the sound is THE SAME as any "boutique" caps that simply roll high frequencies off to the ground! Highly recommended.
