Hit or miss!
Ordered these a few times with no problems, last 2 i ordered were defective and next gen would not replace or refund me, despite being told they were defective by a guitar tech from Long & Mcquade. For the amount of orderd I place with no issues, next gen should have stepped up to fix the issue. They did not. Will buy caps elsewhere from now on. NG Response: "Sorry you had a bad experience. We will always replace defective products at our expense. In this specific case, we asked for confirmation of the defect and never received a response from the customer. We were not contacted by any tech regarding this situation."
