Celestion Neo V-Type 16 ohms
Very impressed. Right of the box, they sound glorious. Installed 2 in my Soldano Reverb-O-Sonic 50 watt combo. Previously had 2 Eminence V1216, which I then prefered to both Celestion G12H-30 and Vintage 30. But these are my new favorites. They have a sound of their own, but which is 100% Celestion. More compression than the Eminences, but they put a signature on the amp's tone that make you smile. Almost as much mids as a V30, but slightly lower tuned, more solid bass than a Greenback, with that classic Celestion "bite" or "bark". Would like to hear a 412 fitted with them...
