Control plate for telecaster. Comes with screws.

NOT a drop-in replacement for MIM or MIA teles. You will have to drill new screw holes, and expand the pickguard cutout in order to make it fit.
Tech's notes: "Saying things like METRIC/IMPORT vs US/IMPERIAL is not particularly helpful. There are so many little variations on parts like these that you can never be too sure what they will fit. Always double check the measurements of your needs against those provided in the dimensional drawing to be sure it will work for you."

Not the worst, not the best
Decent finish, looks good. Did not retro fit my ‘98 MIM Tele though, was slightly too long and required a new screw hole and cutting out the pick guard for it to fit.
