Tech's Notes: "Like all traditional Jaguar/Jazzmaster bridges, this is designed to be loose in the bushings/thimbles so that it can 'float' back and forth along with the trem system. That is how these bridges were originally designed. The movement is NOT a defect, it's intentional. If you want one with no movement, you'll need to modify it or choose an alternate bridge system for your instrument."
