N-Style Plug
Man the quality on these is seriously lacking. The groundplate is tiny so it doesnt grip the cable, doesnt have clamps to grip the cable, and theres no way to tighten the tips. They just rattle around loose. Save money and get the cheaper jacks, theyre actually better quality. Wish I knew this before wasting +4$ a plug. NG Response: "This review appears to be due to a misunderstanding of how this type of plug works. Yes, when not attached to a completed cable assembly, they are loose, by design, until they are fully assembled with a cable. The strain relief chuck tightens as you thread on the end bushing, and the whole assembly only ends up tight/secure after you've fully completed the assembly (with the cable soldered in). That's how all plugs of this type work. It's an extremely popular style of plug used by many major instrument cable manufacturers. It seems the Switchcraft plug style may be your preference. If undamaged/unused, these are certainly returnable. Contact customer service to get an RA# and initiate a return: https://nextgenguitars.ca/pages/contact-us/customer-service.html"
