These tuner conversion bushings are used to fit 1/4" (6.35mm) tuning key posts into the 10mm holes that come on most modern headstocks.
Sold as a set of 6 pieces.
Tech's notes: "Press-fit bushings always measure slightly above their rated size to ensure a tight fit. If the fit is too tight for comfort, the solution is to expand the tuner holes very slightly."

Must be required if you're changing the SG locking tuners
I bought a set of gotoh sd90 locking tuners to replace the tuning machines from my Gibson SG. Once I removed the old tuning machines I realized the hole for the tuning machine was 10mm diameter instead of 8mm, so I had to buy this adapter. The adapter fits perfectly on the SG.
