Product Details
Tuner conversion bushings are used to fit the smaller vintage style 1/4" tuning key posts into the 10mm holes that come on most modern headstocks.
Sold as a set of 6 pieces.
Tech's notes: "Press-fit bushings always measure slightly above their rated size to ensure a tight fit. If the fit is too tight for comfort, the solution is to expand the tuner holes very slightly."

Tuner conversion bushings
Press fit nicely...could be tighter tolerances regarding inside diameter.

TUNER CONVERSION BUSHINGS - NICKEL (PKG 6)
Perfect. Darn perfect fit. Headstock expansion/contraction aside.
-
Large flange
These have a pretty large flange around the top side - like they're basically as large a diameter overlap as the washer on the modern style tuners. These are also just the Allparts ones (came in an Allparts package) NG Response: "These ones come in a bag and have a small flange, like what is pictured. If you received an All Parts package, you received the wrong ones by mistake. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please contact Customer Service to correct your order ASAP."

Must be required if you're changing the SG locking tuners
I bought a set of gotoh sd90 locking tuners to replace the tuning machines from my Gibson SG. Once I removed the old tuning machines I realized the hole for the tuning machine was 10mm diameter instead of 8mm, so I had to buy this adapter. The adapter fits perfectly on the SG.
