Brass Pot Sleeve

These are a perfect solution.

If you've ever tried to find the perfect knobs, you may have noticed it can be a PITA if you can't find the right inner knob format (D-shaft, in my case) for your pots. I decided I wanted Marshall knobs (they use a set-screw) but the pots on my Roland SP-404 are D-shaft. I've seen these brass inserts around, on eBay and from various retailers in the US and overseas, but not from Canada and not at a reasonable price. I didn't want to spend a lot of time and money on something that may or may not work for my specific use case. Luckily Next Gen had them in stock, and I'm happy to report that they fit my Marshall knobs no problem.

Small but handy item when using knobs designed for solid shaft pots on split shaft pots.
