Didn't fit, then ruined headstock
Despite measuring and using hipshots before; these Didn't fit my Gibson head and they not only broke, but ruined my headstock. Frustrated and upset doesn't begin to describe how I'm feeling. Any good will I had with Hipshot is gone. NG Response: "If the tuners you were sent don't match their published specs, then we can certainly refund or replace them. Contact customer service with the details for us to assist you! As a general rule when building, repairing, or upgrading anything, if it isn't fitting, never force it. You are very likely to damage both your instrument and the product. This is important to consider not just when working on guitars, but literally anything you build, repair, or upgrade with physical parts."

Hipshot tuners
I have used Hipshot tuners on a few guitars now. They are so easy to install, and do a great job for tuning stability. I have them on both acoustic and electric guitars and they work great on both!

Hipshot locking tuners
Definitely the easiest to install, no drilling with the backing plate is a big selling point. Very stable, even with my Fender tremolo. Smooth operation and locks are secured. Also being able to change button styles and finishes for a low price. NGG made it easy to purchase online and quick delivery. 5++
