Fender style lamp holder. Relampable front panel indicators accept a variety of T-2 and T-3 ¼ miniature bayonet lamps. These are also referred to as pilot light holders.

Fender 5f1 build
Looks to be good quality but terminals are in my opinion too closely spaced to mount resistors as per original layout. I will most likely need to purchased one or two terminals straps.
