Product Description
#228 style - 1/4" Mono Right Angle "Pancake" Plug
Nickel plated steel.
Tech's notes: "These work best with cable that is 5.5mm-6.5mm in diameter, like our 20AWG Pro Instrument Cable. It can work with smaller cable, but you will need to wrap that cable with heatshrink, tape, or something similar for a more snug fit."

An Affordable Low Profile Pancake Plug
I use these plugs to make my own custom pedalboard patch cables. I found these plugs to be a good affordable alternative to Switchcraft and Squareplugs. So-far, so-good. If you are on a budget and don’t need the brand name, I think these are definitely a good plug for the money.

right angle squashed
generic replacement as good as switchcraft. the low capacitance cable is a bit thin and it doesn't grip as hard. I'm ok with it.

They work fine
The Switchcraft feel...more expensive, but these work fine for patch cords, including pedalboards. That is not to say I'll never buy the pricier stuff again. Just be aware the jacket of thicker cables may need a bit of shaving.

Good
I tad big for pancakes but looks like good quality

Works fine for patch chords
This jack works fine for patch chords and if that's all you need then you'll be good to go. It will not fit speaker cable unless you shave it down.
